- [ Healthy foods ] Nia's a bit of a health nut. She enjoys taking care of herself.
- [ Bubble Baths ] Soaking with her hair up in a bun in a hot bubble bath is one of Nia's preferred methods of relaxation.

- [ Arrogance ] Nia tends to side eye people who speak and think highly of themselves. Humility is a virtue!
- [ Meats ] She's majorly turned off by meat. As a vegetarian, as well as someone who cannot stand the smell or greasiness of them.
- [ Current Job ] Nia doesn't particularly enjoy her work as a waitress. Although it's only a part-time job, she's been daydreaming about applying elsewhere.
- [ Pressure ] She doesn't deal well with being under pressure or put on the spot. While Nia is able to maintain a fairly believable facade that everything's okay... She actually becomes stressed fairly easily in these scenarios.
- [ Self Deprecation ] A sure fire way to break Nia's heart is if you say low and terrible things about yourself. Especially if you're someone dear to her. Illegal.
- [ Wooden Furniture ] While they're pretty... Nia's lost many a pair of tights due to random splinters. It's the worst.

Well mannered and cheery, Nia was raised to respect those around her. And for the most part she does! She's extremely inclusive, and chooses to see the good in others before allowing herself to see the bad.
Despite this, it's not terribly hard to get under skin should people go out of their way to pry into it. Nia's reactions and responses unfortunately make her a great target to pick on. Should they be mostly harmless towards her.
For the most part however, she's extremely forgiving and is willing to move past most differences. Just don't expect her to not attempt to retaliate, in a usually playful way. Usually.
Those who befriend Nia can expect someone who is willing to stay up all night should they need a shoulder to cry on. Or to be teased over how cute they are. As well as many, many selfies.
Those who should get on her bad side can expect a girl who gets huffy over virtually anything they do. However, it takes a lot for Nia to finally decide that she actually dislikes a person. People she becomes huffy with aren't exactly written up in her bad books either.
And should it ever happen, Nia is extremely avoidant. Almost as if another person entirely, she's quiet and will make it her mission to so much as not even share eye contact. However, if backed into a corner like a mouse- she'd fight back if she had to.
BIOGRAPHY
- Adopted into a family at the age of three. Lived with a mother, father, and an elder brother.
- Her family is well off, as both parents are bankers.
- Nia's parents have a tight leash on her, being very strict and setting many rules to help ensure she grows up adequately.
- She takes gymnastics as an outside school activity.
- Nia eventually becomes unknowingly exhausted with living under so many rules. Meets and somehow befriends two of her school's known troublemakers. Yet Nia remains as herself, she simply tags along behind them. Occasionally as a moral compass despite finding their life style exciting.
- Nia's parents eventually find out thanks to her grades slipping below their average. Ultimately Nia is kept on an even shorter leash than before until she graduated.
- After high school, Nia joined a plethora of social media accounts to keep in touch with old friends. Eventually becoming quite popular across her platforms. Has indie brand deals and is able to receive nice clothes and even money through them.
- She works as a waitress on the side of attending KBU. She's really been rethinking her waitress job however.
- Nia is currently living in Acacia in her own apartment
PERSONAL HISTORY
Adopted into a family at the age of three, Nia never had any memories of her biological parents, who at the time had been much too young to properly care for her. Growing up, Nia hadn't gone through any sort of resentment phases towards her biological parents, as she'd been raised well and lived contently with her adoptive family.
Nia's family consisted of two parents, both who'd been fairly well off bankers. As well as an elder brother by two years named Ray, whom she'd never gotten along with. It was nothing all too serious beyond the common sibling rivalry, however. In the back of her mind Nia eventually grew knowing he'd been envious of 'the new younger sister.'
Growing up, Nia's parents had been fairly strict with her. It wasn't anything Nia was upset with, as ultimately she knew her parents only ever wanted the best for her. She wasn't allowed any sleepovers, her curfew was earlier than a majority of her friend's, and Nia had to spend a good portion of her time with homework, studying, and gymnastics. As she aged, more rules would naturally come into play as well. She wasn't allowed to date, nor spend any time alone with boys her age at all. Perhaps it was a tad ridiculous, but it wasn't totally unheard of either.
Rules had always been enforced in her household, but it wasn't until Nia was a little older did she realize just how restricting they'd been compared to her brothers. It was unfair, and occasionally, just occasionally, did Nia consider breaking them.
Flash forward to the age of seventeen, Nia wasn't entirely fed up with the concept of rules, no. Rather she'd been easily fascinated by people who weren't bound by such figurative shackles. This eventually led Nia to befriend an unlikely duo of troublemakers in her school.
Being easily influenced and fascinated by them, Nia would eventually grow disobey her parents and go as far as sneaking out during evenings to spend time with them. While Nia had never done wrong herself beyond this, she knew her parents would never approve. So she kept this new found part of her life a secret.
Of the unlikely trio, Nia was still her usual 'good girl' self. More or less watching from the sidelines- and occasionally acting as a moral compass if the two had (in her mind) gone out of line. Thinking back on it now, Nia would absolutely deem her fascination as weird.
It was all fun, and Nia had been enjoying her seemingly harmless 'secret life.' That was until her grades began to slip, they hadn't been anything to shake your head at either. They'd still been pretty good, but anything less than a certain average set by her parents had been deemed unacceptable. And Nia wasn't able to keep up her charade any longer.
Kept on an even shorter leash than before. And like it'd never even happened, Nia returned to being the same text book girl next door that she'd been prior. Bringing her grades back up to their average, as well as focusing on her gymnastics as well.
Deep in the back of her mind however, she still wished her friends would sweep her away.
At last, she graduated high school. And once Nia turned eighteen, she was finally given some freedom. Almost feeling overwhelmed, the blonde didn't quite know what to do with herself! Nia eventually wound up registering to multiple social media, late compared to most her age. However unlike most, she ended up gathering quite a following. Indie brands came to her for brand deals and sponsorships. Sending her newer, trendier clothes in return for reviews and shout outs. More or less, Nia became a bit of a social media sensation! It got all too real when she realized she'd been able to make money off of this as well.
Nia didn't take too long of a break after high school, naturally her parents were quite against the concept! So instead, she enrolled in Kyles-Brigg University. And while not totally necessary thanks to her online presence, began work as a waitress part-time for some extra funds. Eventually (and thankfully) Nia was able to move out into her first apartment at the age of twenty, it certainly is not the same as her old, and much nicer home with her family. But it's her own space, and she was finally able to simple breathe.
Life was balanced, it was good. Nia was enjoying herself and had been content with her pace.
That was until the arrival of aliens.
For some reason or another... That strange lingering fascination sparked once again, this time for another reason all together.

- Nia is a vegetarian! She refuses to eat meat, although respects others choices to eat it.
- She's incredibly flexible thanks to her gymnastics training. Although it's not something she heavily pursues, she enjoys it quite a bit.

- Nia has girl crushes easily. ESPECIALLY if they're tough and cool.
