Introduction
It’s been about three months now since the initial alien invasion, and Printy County has finally been able to resume normal business hours. With government sanctions out of the way, as per the Gru’s request, residents of Printy have been going back to school, work, and play, although with a significantly notable alien presence. The world is returning to a new kind of normal; a normal that the county will have to get used to.
Perhaps your character has had their doubts about the Gru, or perhaps they’ve welcomed them with opens arms. Either way, the integration of these new alien friends has spurred quite a few trending hashtags on social media. The entire nation is interested in your brand new neighbors, and you’ve got a chance to show off what life with the Gru is really like.
COLLECTION EVENTGo out and record the Gru of Printy County! Take pictures, write blog posts, chat with fellow residents about the effects that the alien presence is having on your lives. Each submission related to the event will earn you Grumoji Points--cash in these points for some excellent rewards, and continue to have a wonderful, alien-free life!
WeatherUpdate
With the strange permafrost finally dying down from it’s chilling hold on the city of Larkspur, all for a moment seemed it’d finally turn back to normal for the humble Printy County. Alas.. this is not to be, for PHLOX TOWN has now been suddenly covered by FIELDS AND FIELDS OF ROLLING WHEAT. The sky is blue, the clouds are white, but every stretch of land not covered with cement has grown thick crops practically overnight. While making for a rather lovely scenery when looking out from your back yard, residents mention that much of kid’s play areas have been rendered practically inaccessible due to this current supernatural event, and the lost pet count has been through the roof.
The town has put out a mass allergy crisis alert and advices all residents to wear pollen reducing face masks while city workers attempt to wrangle down the mass amount of wild wheat.
